About the Event

Rootead Enrichment Center’s Annual Juneteenth Celebration is a free, family-centered community gathering celebrating culture and collective joy. Held in Bronson Park, this full-day experience features live performances, music, youth activities, local vendors, food trucks, and intergenerational connection.

This celebration centers youth opportunity, cultural arts, and economic visibility for local and small businesses while creating an accessible experience for families across Kalamazoo and surrounding Southwest Michigan communities.
