African Somatic Movement w/Kama!

Join us for a four-week session of embodied movement! 

During these 45-minute classes, Kama Tai Mitchell will guide you through simple and accessible movements that will ground you and help you better understand your body's mobility and functionality. 

This is an adult-only class, and registration is required. 

Classes will be at Rootead's studio, 7:00PM - 7:45PM on Thursdays; February 29, March 7, March 14, and March 21.

To avoid disruptions, there will be no drop-ins for this session.
