Release Registration

The Release workshop is available to the community as a way to address and process life's challenges. July 13th, 14th, and 15th from 6p-7:30, we will come together to talk about what we are experiencing and learn different techniques to buffer the effects of daily stress as well as the effects of trauma. We will close out the workshop with a Release Circle and Sacred Cacao Ceremony on July 16th 4p-6p
